Special Needs

A number of our clients have family members who have special needs. We have worked extensively with families to establish Supplemental Needs and Special Needs Trusts. We design and integrate these Trusts with the family’s estate plan to ensure that the Trusts are fully funded and qualified.

We also serve as guest speakers on Supplemental Needs Trusts and Special Needs Trusts to a variety of businesses and organizations.
